This 45min class consists of safe stretching while heat allows for deep, safe stretching while strengthening the body through a series of seated, standing and supine postures. Attention is paid to breathing techniques and classes finish with a meditation to refocus the mind.

Hatha yoga is the branch of yoga that typically comes to mind when you think of yoga in general terms. The practice involves breath, body, and mind. Classes are 45 minutes and consist of breathing, yoga poses, and meditation. This class is designed for all levels.
