This 45min class consists of safe stretching while heat allows for deep, safe stretching while strengthening the body through a series of seated, standing and supine postures. Attention is paid to breathing techniques and classes finish with a meditation to refocus the mind.
Hatha yoga is the branch of yoga that typically comes to mind when you think of yoga in general terms. The practice involves breath, body, and mind. Classes are 45 minutes and consist of breathing, yoga poses, and meditation. This class is designed for all levels.
Kundalini Yoga Known as the “Yoga of Awareness,” Kundalini Yoga opens your heart and builds strength mentally, physically and emotionally. This type of yoga combines dynamic movements (kriyas), conscious breathing and meditation and the chanting of mantras bring balance to the body, mind and spirit. Practicing Kundalini yoga online offers the opportunity to create positive change, remove energetic blockages, and invigorate your mind and spirit, all from the comfort of your own home. This 45min class is for all levels.
Movement & Meditation classes
Meditation is about training in awareness and getting a healthy sense of perspective. You are not trying to turn off your thoughts or feelings, you are trying to observe them without judgement and at some point, you may better understand them. Classes always start with gentle movements and breathing exercises to prepare you for the class. This 45min class will leave you feeling calm and help you cultivate peace of mind. Be patient with yourself and commit to your weekly class so that you can start to incorporate the practice into your daily life.
